چکیده

Abstract Background Phosphorus (P) is essential for plant growth and development, low-phosphorus (LP) stress a major factor limiting the yield of soybean. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have recently been reported to be key regulators in responses plants conditions, but mechanism through which LP mediates biogenesis lncRNAs soybean remains unclear. Results In this study, explore response mechanisms stress, we used roots two representative genotypes that present opposite P deficiency, namely, P-sensitive genotype (Bogao) P-tolerant (NN94156), construction RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) libraries. total, 4,166 novel lncRNAs, including 525 differentially expressed (DE) were identified from at different levels. GO KEGG analyses indicated numerous DE might involved diverse biological processes related phosphate, such as lipid metabolic processes, catalytic activity, cell membrane formation, signal transduction, nitrogen fixation. Moreover, lncRNA-mRNA-miRNA lncRNA-mRNA networks constructed, results several promising highly valuable further analysis underlying stress. Conclusions These revealed can significantly alter genome-wide profiles particularly those Bogao. Our findings increase understanding provide new insights into function

The Role of Long Non-Coding RNAs in Ovarian Cancer

Background: Ovarian cancer is the most fatal tumor of female's reproductive system, and several genetics and environmental factors are involved in its development. Various studies have already identified suitable biomarkers to facilitate the early detection, prognosis evaluation, and the assessment of treatment response. However, the aim of this review was to investigate the role of long non-co...

Multifactorial role of long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) in hematopoiesis.

Human genome project unveiled that only 1.5.-2.0.% of the genome is protein coding. ENCODE and related studies showed that most part of the genome transcribed into RNAs, and most of them do not code for a functional proteins, hence the name non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs). ncRNAs are small ncRNAs (less than 200 nucleotides) and long ncRNAs (longer than 200 nucleotides up to 10 kb). They act as a direc...

Long non-coding RNAs and their significance in human diseases

Protein-coding genes account for only a small fraction of the human genome and most of the genomic sequences are transcriptionally silent, but recent observations indicate significant functional elements, including non-coding protein transcripts in the human genome. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been defined as transcripts of >200 nucleotides without protein-coding capacity that perform t...

Genome-wide identification of non-coding RNAs interacted with microRNAs in soybean

A wide range of RNA species interacting with microRNAs (miRNAs) form a complex gene regulation network and play vital roles in diverse biological processes. In this study, we performed a genome-wide identification of endogenous target mimics (eTMs) for miRNAs and phased-siRNA-producing loci (PHAS) in soybean with a focus on those involved in lipid metabolism. The results showed that a large num...

Identification and analysis of a key long non‐coding RNAs (lncRNAs)‐associated module reveal functional lncRNAs in cardiac hypertrophy

Cardiac hypertrophy (CH) is a common disease that originates from long-term heart pressure overload and finally leads to heart failure. Recently, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have attracted attention because they have broad and crucial functions in regulating complex biological processes. Some studies had found that lncRNAs play vital roles in complex cardiovascular diseases. However, the fun...
